if your girlfriend were a flower

i decided to ask my guy friends "if your girlfriend (or past gf) were a flower, what flower would she be and why?" here are some of the responses i got...

"that is a tough one. i have to say budding orchids because they remind me of innocence in fragility yet to fully bloom. each had an array of colors to them, making them so different. like orchids. either that or a venus fly trap, capable of devouring a mans hopes and dreams in a single bite. depends on the girl i'm thinking of."

"roses. pain in the ass, but sweet. their thorns are prickly, but the flowers are beautiful and smell good."

"white cala lily. slim, long, simple and elegant."

"a venus fly trap. just kidding. a daisy. because she's white on the outside and yellow on the inside."(referring to his white-washed asian gf)

"flowers?"

"like a pink coneflower... similar to a daisy but more striking. requires little care but also can be temperamental."

"mine's a rare flower that only blooms like every 70 years, because she's worth the wait....yea!"
